    Yep, tons of different veggies. Carrots, potatoes, celery, peas are the go to, however I sometimes throw in other stuff. I also cut a boiled egg in his meal sometimes to boost his fat intake. Generally I do same type of stew/rice dishes as you do and freeze them, I noticed it really is the most efficient way to spend a day prepping for a month of meals.
