If I was the jury I would lean towards Not guilty, at least for the 2nd degree murder charge. Manslaughter on the other hand is a different story and it's the prosecution's fault they didn't push for that.
There's just too much reasonable doubt. They can't prove that it wasn't self defence. He's getting off scott free.
Yea it wont even take long. I say 3-4 days max for the jury to agree on this.
