Math. I never got past basic high school geometry. I could plod through it, but the concepts simply didn't come to me as easily as say chemistry or physics.
One thing i cant wrap my head around is Americans calling Mathematics "Math". Maths is more correct since mathematics is the study of many types of calculations and therefore plural.
Visualizing four-dimensional figures like, for example, tesseract. I wish I could, at least for the sake of being a math major. I've seen plenty of gifs and videos online, it just doesn't visually click for me. If anyone here could visualize it, let me know.
A lot... but in all seriousness, definitely programming languages. It's not all bad, but it definitely takes me awhile to wrap my head around even the basic rules. I can copy/paste stuff and change it around to get it to work the way I want most of the time, but if I were to stare at a blank project, I wouldn't know where to begin. I think this mostly comes from the fact that I think with my right side. I'm pretty creative, so it takes me awhile to kick my left side in order to grasp technical things.

Also, I can't wrap my head around Crusader Kings II. It's a PC game (it's on Steam) where you essentially rule over a specific county, duchy, kingdom, or empire in medieval Europe. There is no real end-game and you set your own goals and objectives. It's known to have a pretty hefty learning curve. I don't understand how some people can build their dynasty from a county to an empire. I can barely unite Ireland and keep track of who I married my daughters off to lol.

I had a girlfriend like that. She was not very computer savvy (I had to hide the IE icon so she would stop clicking on it (it was in IE6's day when when IE's security was more swiss cheesy)). In one month of teaching, she could do pretty well. Asked for the CS teacher (she was an art student) if she could participate in the programming contest from Waterloo University. She beat all the 2nd year students save one.
It's often how it's taught and it's awfully hard to get a good starting point, too much choice.
So what are you looking forward to build? Maybe I can give you a few pointers.
Whistling on my fingers. I can do it a bit, but I really don't get how people just stick their fingers in their mouths, and just produce a nice clear whistle first try.
Not sure if this is what you were looking for but why some people treat others poorly. Never made sense to me how someone can just put someone else down and not have their conscience eat them alive.

What can I say? That's how I learned to call it. It didn't come up enough while I was living in Australia for me to adjust my thinking.

Dude, that one of a tesseract shadow that continually "rotates"! Picture
That thing confuses me more than it helps.

The case of the traveling twins. I just cannot wrap my head around this one. This is how I know that other people are way smarter than I am.
Leaving Newtonian mechanics for special relativity is a scary step. It really takes time to "get" it.
Interferometry is a good way to start if you want to learn.
Tensors. But I think I've left it too late.
I used to work for people who had a futurology podcast. Needless to say some concepts just make me go WTF
anglo saxon dominance.
Quantum Physics. I mean, I can repeat some of it, but I don't really understand it. It's so counter-intuitive.
