Oh, this book is a delight. I haven't even finished it yet. I can hardly put it down. I am going to have to search out her other books now and read them too. There are two she has written in the the same world/universe: Dreamhunter and Dreamquake. It has resonances for me of the film Whalerider. The atmosphere she evokes is gorgeous, tasty, reading this is like eating cake or a nice cheese.
