Couldn't happen to a more deserving Islamist terrorist dictator. See ya, dickbreath.

In relation to the possibility the whole thing was staged by Erdogan, I believe it. It was attempted by only a handful of people so to speak, they refused to fire on the crowd for a long time and somehow missed two very important revolution staples, knowing where and how to kill the leader at the start and turning off the internet and phone systems. They took over news stations only to turn around and leave them allowing them to slowly come back online, they let Erdogan's plane land when they had planes and helicopters that could have been waiting for him, since the coup attempt "Turkish authorities have detained 2,745 judges and prosecutors whose loyalty to the regime has been questioned." and "some 2,839 soldiers - including the head of the Third Army Corps in Istanbul, General Erdal Ozturk - have been arrested. " At the same time, they are now demanding the US go arrest Gulen at his home in Pennsylvania because he was "definitely" behind it and they've wanted that from us for a long time, now they claim they have the required proof to do it.

Just seems to me they've used this as a way to seize more power from the secular military and destroy those that don't like where the country is headed.

"Turkish authorities have detained 2,745 judges and prosecutors whose loyalty to the regime has been questioned."

They should be loyal to Turkey, not Erdogan's regime.

The overall point is interesting. I love a good conspiracy.
