Obama On Russian Hacking: 'We Need To Take Action. And We Will'
President Obama says the United States will respond to Russian cyberattacks that the intelligence community has concluded were part of an effort to influence the 2016 presidential election. In an interview with NPR's Steve Inskeep that will air Friday on Morning Edition, Obama said, "I think there is no doubt that when any foreign government tries to impact the integrity of our elections ... we need to take action. And we will — at a time and place of our own choosing.

Well, if he takes some war-like action before the end of his term, it would fit his Nobel Peace Prize. Starting the presidency with two wars on his hand, went straight into four other wars (or started them, to be correct) and now this. Yet again based on what? Not really facts.
I don't think you're counting Yemen or Libya. Did you get Syria in there?
Two wars already busy: Iraq, Afghanistan
Four new wars (allthough bombing and killing with drones is not officially called a war): Yemen, Libya, Syria, Somalia
Other countries, but officially not a war: Pakistan, Palestina
