FBI: Hospice nurses told to overdose patients to speed death
The owner of a Dallas-area hospice ordered nurses to increase drug dosages for patients to speed their deaths and maximize profits, according to an FBI affidavit. After seeing both of my parents die slow, horrible deaths from cancer, I couldn't be more in favor of this.

Sounds like a federally invented incentive. You will need to reimburse palliative care expenses because your patient took too long to die. You have been warned about this before. WTF
