If I was a mayor of one of the biggest cities in the world, and I knew there was a video of me smoking crack which can ruin my career, I'd also try to buy it.
Yeah, this is definitely one of those "can't really blame him" situations.
Well yeah, you're going to do whatever you can to cover your crack infested tracks ;)
This guy should run for Prime Minister.
