    Imagine if you can inventing the steam engine simply by thinking it up! At no point do you have to build a steam engine, you just have to be the first of think of one. My inane thoughts are worth untold billions, all I have to do is exploit the broken copyright and patent system the United States has. ka-ching ka-ching ka-ching!

    If a decision rests on weather or not the litigation happens in a corrupt east Texas town, that's not justice. If the decision could be reached in a jurisdiction picked at random, I would be ok with it.

    These patents seem that will also affect Android devices and Google Services. Jeez, we need to make it illegal for companies to hold a patent for more than a 6 months if they don't build a marketable product using those patents.
