Why is this the case? Germany and Italy have been and are the two most expensive electric markets in the world. Their investment in solar has driven up their cost, LOL to the point that it's equal to solar. One must know at just what expense to the consumer= "levelized cost" Levelized Cost in an unaffordable market is no great thing.
