How about not selling your weapons to complete strangers? And if you really need to sell something, why not go into a proper gun shop and do a trade or sale there. I don't see how doing background checks is going to make the world safer. The criminals will get their hands on guns either way, because they are criminals. This is just making things more difficult on the legal and responsible gun owners.
