What is the function of the spinny disc on my swiss army knife?
I think it used to have a Boy Scouts logo glued onto it.

I've seen those a lot in geocaches usually with a logo on one side such as this key chain. As for any functionality there really isn't any its just a novelty spinning circle that looks kind of neat.
