Count Down Workout
If you are having a low motivation day & just need to get started do a count down workout. It makes your brain participate and doesn't allow your thoughts to wonder. Also excellent for kids because they need structure. Just do something.

Or do it the extreme way, 55 of each at once.
After 20 I'd probably pass out.
I could do the squats, pushups, and crunches all at once. The jumping jacks and skipping rope however would require heavy duty gear like a pair of Depends and a super cushioned floor ;)
Will give this a shot.
