    the federal government’s legal definition of whistleblower: anybody who discloses illegality, mismanagement, waste of funds, abuse of authority, or a danger to public health and safety

    So anybody who says anything about the government that is not a lie is a whistleblower. And, by Obama's corollary, anyone who says anything true about the government must automatically be jailed and tortured, or exiled and persecuted forever.
