Information icons.

We are noticing that a fair amount of our new users are still having trouble learning some of the concepts of the site, so we will be spending some time working on the overall flow of the website to try to lower the learning curve of the site.

In the last few days, we have spent some time creating some clickable information icons, and scattering them all over the site. When clicked, a pop-over message appears explaining the functionality, the purpose, and how to use it. We have also included an option to turn these off, so experienced users don't have to bothered by them if they already know the website and it's functions.

We will also be creating a FAQ section, and potentially some tutorials. These will eventually be placed into the "help" tribe.
