Electronic Arts is exploring virtual reality
When you're the CEO of the second largest video game publisher in the world, people have a tendency to take what you say seriously. Case in point, Electronic Arts' Andrew Wilson recently revealed his company's plans for virtual reality. At a South by Southwest panel, Wilson said that his company is less focused on the technology of VR, and more interested in exactly how people consume it.

Why You're Going to Suck At Oculus Rift and Virtual Reality
Everyone loves to talk about the Oculus Rift, but are we going to be TERRIBLE at virtual reality? For most of us, the answer is probably yes. The footage of Oculus Rift looks crazy and amazing, and we can't wait. BUT the lack of physical separation between player and game means our minds are unable to distinguish between virtual reality and ACTUAL reality (motion sickness anyone?).

Why Sony's 'Project Morpheus' Is In The Right Place At The Right Time
With the PlayStation 4 setting the pace for next-gen consoles, Sony’s newly-announced Project Morpheus could do the same thing for commercial VR. The VR Facebook of tomorrow is here today!
It exists, you know. Planet Facebook. Sure, Oculus and Facebook might have tried to keep it secret for a while, but secrets were meant to be shared. I found it through the same pirate flatsite most people do. Some designers named Bronson Zgeb and Gruau Pomme Lackey said they "made" FaceRift, but it's just a quick cover, a feint to tie the lawyers up in a copyright knot.
