Protesters use torches, lamps to disrupt racing promotion on Opera House
More than 1,000 protesters have disrupted the Everest horse race illumination by painting over the light show with torches and lamps. When the Opera House sails were finally illuminated after days of national backlash, the crowds of protesters began booing and sending up helium balloons. They then shone bright lights onto the barrier draw results and from across the other side of Circular Quay, the numbers of the race horses displayed on the heritage building were obscured.

Volvo creates the living seawall in Sydney to help with plastic pollution
Volvo has teamed up with the Sydney Institute of Marine Science and Reef Design Lab to create the Living Seawall. The Living Seawall is designed to recreate the structure of native mangrove trees and provide a habitat for marine life, according to the company’s website. The automaker also claims that Living Seawall will aid biodiversity and keep the water clean by attracting filter-feeding organisms that can absorb and filter out pollutants such as heavy metals.

Major Marvel feature set to film in Sydney - Create NSW
It is an Untitled Marvel Studios Feature Film, with production to take place at Fox Studios Australia and other locations in Australia. The production is expected to spend more than $100 million in NSW and create up to 770 jobs for local screen professionals. This is a big-budget superhero film which the NSW Government has secured for Sydney through it’s Made in NSW fund and is the first Marvel Studios movie to be based in NSW.

SAVING Endangered SEAHORSES
We saved 53 Endangered Sydney Whites Seahorses by relocating them to a new home! Their home near Manly Beach, Sydney was being demolished and as poor swimmers they would've perished. Luckily we got there first! Hope you enjoy the short heartwarming video
