'Skyrim' Grandma Would Love Bethesda To Release 'Elder Scrolls 6' Before She Dies
Beloved YouTuber Shirley Curry, better known to her devoted fans as Skyrim Grandma, has but one simple request of Bethesda for The Elder Scrolls VI: She'd very much like the developer to hurry up and get it out so she can play it before she dies. Can't argue with that.

Skyrim Grandma takes time off for her health after negative YouTube comments
Shirley ‘Skyrim Grandma’ Curry has been regularly posting Skyrim Let’s Play videos since 2015, and is a figure so beloved that her likeness has been scanned for inclusion in The Elder Scrolls 6. But she’s now taking an extended break for the sake of her health, which Curry says “isn’t very good” – in large part due to the stress of managing a YouTube channel and dealing with negative comments.

Fan-funded Skyrim multiplayer mod may never release as devs “don’t owe the community anything”
A developer of a popular Skyrim multiplayer mod says that the team “doesn’t owe the community anything.” Maxgriot, one of the mod team behind Skyrim Together, posted a comment on Reddit earlier this month suggesting that the developers have considered giving up on the project due to the reaction from players. Maxgriot’s comments were made in response to a post on the mod’s subreddit. The content of the post – titled “Is something going to happen?” – has now been deleted, but the development team seems to have been upset by its overall message.

The 8-player co-op mod for Skyrim is entering closed beta
Bethesda taking the Fallout series online with Fallout 76 was met with, shall we say, mixed results. Modders, meanwhile, have been trying to take Skyrim online for years, and now it's almost a reality. Skyrim Together is a co-op mod that lets you play Skyrim with your pals, and after a few false starts it appears to finally be ready for a closed beta trial.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been re-released enough to where it became (and still is) a popular meme. Game director and living god Todd Howard even made a nod to the meme at this year’s E3. While people still question the number of ports, we finally have an explanation.

Skyrim on Switch is Everything You Hoped it Would Be
Nintendo’s behind-closed-doors appointments at PAX West always happen in the same tiny room. Well above the bustling show floor, down a very clinical hallway, tucked behind a door that simply reads “Nintendo”, we get to spend about an hour here each year, and get a sneak peak at the Nintendo games that are just over the horizon. This year, we waited in that beige hallway for an extra 10 minutes before we were allowed entry. Our Nintendo rep opened the door just enough to pop his head out.

Skyrim for PlayStation VR is a Frighteningly Empowering Experience
Announced during the PlayStation Media Showcase at E3 2017, Bethesda’s sprawling milestone RPG The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is coming to PlayStation VR. This isn’t an add-on experience or a demo intended to showcase the potential of the hardware — this is the full Skyrim experience in its entirety, including all of its well-received post-release content. I played Skyrim VR with a pair PS Move controllers, but Bethesda is building in DualShock 4 support as well.

Skyrim is almost five years old and still looks incredibly beautiful thanks to its graphics mods
It’s been a while since our last look at modded Skyrim. Out previous ‘special’ Skyrim gallery was published back in January, featuring a set of screenshots from a number of ENBSeries members. And last month, we presented a gallery showcasing visuals that can be considered comparable or better than those featured in the upcoming Special Edition. So, today we present you some artistic screenshots that were captured by Arsalan Delgosha. Unfortunately Arsalan did not share the list of mods that were used, however you can find most of them at NexusMods.
