Mid-1990s Sega document leak shows how it lost the second console war to Sony
Most of the changes on the Sega Retro wiki every day are tiny things, like single-line tweaks to game details or image swaps. Early Monday morning, the site got something else: A 47MB, 272-page PDF full of confidential emails, notes, and other documents from inside a company with a rich history, a strong new competitor, and deep questions about what to do next.

Man Exposes Wife's Breast On PS4 Twitch Stream, Then Strips Her Completely
Nearly overnight, the PS4's easy linking with Twitch has made a few people stars of the internet. One married couple started up "The Spartan Show" and held a raffle for their PS3, and got so much attention that Sony's own Adam Boyes called in. Less successful and generally less awesome is Samurai400, pictured above, who did a variety of uninteresting... um... God knows what, for several hours.

The PlayStation 4 is a hit. While there are no official figures from Sony about holiday sales, early reports have the console selling 2-to-1 over competitor Xbox One. And with the buzz of a new console launch out of the way, that means it's time to start focusing on what's next.

Why Sony's 'Project Morpheus' Is In The Right Place At The Right Time
With the PlayStation 4 setting the pace for next-gen consoles, Sony’s newly-announced Project Morpheus could do the same thing for commercial VR. Microsoft ships every Xbox One ships with a Kinect (these days, little more than a glorified Siri for your living room), but Sony might just have the jump on the next big thing.

Is the PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U console war dumb?
One topic that instantly draws the most vehement discussion and irate comments on GameSpot is the so-called "console war." It seems like everyone either wants to sound off on how their console is the best and everyone who disagrees is a mindless fanboy, or comment with equal fervor about how none of this matters and everyone's an idiot.

Sony PlayStation TV is a great low-cost way to extend your play
Sony released the PlayStation TV earlier this week, and we bought one to try it out. This small box, similar in size to a streaming-media player, is a micro-gaming console that fits right into Sony’s PlayStation gaming ecosystem: It connects to a TV (other than the one your PlayStation 4 is using) and allows you to play games and stream entertainment. It’s fine at the first task, but lacking in the latter one.
