Personally my Top 3 are: Angel Beats, Full Metal Alchemist and Kill la Kill

I love Detective Conan it was my favorite show to stay up late for as a kid! Based on that I trust your judgement and ill look into the other ones!
COWBOY BEBOP! All the way. This is not just my favorite anime but my favorite show of all time.
Samurai Champloo. The graphics are top notch, the story line is engaging, character development is awesome, and I love the juxtaposition of the Kanto period with Hip Hop culture. Champloo was my introduction to anime and I haven't found anything else that stands up to it since!
I tried, but couldn't really get in to it. Maybe I didn't try hard enough?
Well, it was a long time ago - tastes change. Ten years ago I couldn't stand spinach and now I eat it all the time. I'll give it another try!
Gurren Lagann and Cowboy Bebop. More recently I've enjoyed Punchline and Parasyte.
Rurouni Kenshin. Nothing beats that!
Toonami or adult swim had this show back when I was a kid I never got into it maybe i should give it another shot..
Kill la Kill and No Game No Life are a couple of my all time favs, both have exceptionally good pacing and just an awesome plot in general. Really amazing shows as long as you don't mind fan service.
Mawaru Penguindrum was also pretty good for most of the series, but towards the end I felt like it started making so little sense that it just became incoherent. Maybe I wasn't able to read into the symbolisms well enough but I was pretty unsatisfied with the ending.
Kill la Kill is amazing! I haven't been able to get into no game no life but i have time now so I'm getting my list ready for a summer binged watch till college starts again :)
No Game No Life is great! Here's hoping we get a second season :)
I'm pretty sure we are. If I remember correctly the novels that the anime is based on are not yet finished, so the show is on hiatus for now to make sure that it doesn't catch up to the same place as the novel series for now. But season one was very well acclaimed, so I'd be surprised if it doesn't eventually get renewed.
Sword Art Online. One of the few animes I've actually liked.
And I liked it a lot (enjoy my two favorite wallpapers!)
Steins;Gate is my favorite anime! :)
Well crafted story complimented with amazing characters! :D The show starts off a bit slow but it's all setting up for the engaging last half of the show with puncturing emotive stabs. :D The visual novel that the anime is based on is also awesome, although a lot slower. I can't wait for Steins;Gate 0 to come out next year! :D
My absolute favorite is Cowboy Bebop but Outlaw Star, Gungrave, and Yu Yu Hakusho all come in at a close second.
Yu Yu Hakusho and DBZ where my first 2 anime's! I love them both but i think there's a huge nostalgia factor to it haha
Clannad. Hans down, full stop. Nothing compares for me. That fucking tearjerker of a story is just simply the best.
Bebop, by a long shot. Nothing beats a little Cowboy Bebop.
See you, space cowboy.
Love Bakuman. Something about boys growing up and following their dreams is just so satisfying.
I've seen it like 3 times it never gets old.
I've never gotten into anime, so I'll answer: Pokemon
ah i am too mainstream xD
I love your usual Naruto or bleach or dragonball obviously, i also like fairy tale, one piece and death note.
Probably the one less known that i loved was initial D, loved it, but i am car nut so yeah.
Hands down, it's RWBY!
Definitely Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. I liked the original series as well but Brotherhood stepped it up a notch and won a special place in my heart.
Not very hipster of me, but I LOVE Attack on Titan. I'm a big horror fan and that anime is something that even people who don't normally like anime could really get into. Also, there hasn't been any dumb fan service episodes where all the sexy female characters have a sexy pool party.
