Adagio in D Minor (From the movie Sunshine)
One of my favorite songs of all time. For me, this song embodies hope. Near the end I can't help but get emotional. Another song I'd recommend having headphones on to hear it to its fullest.

Death is the Road to Awe (from The Fountain)
Another beautiful piece of music. Unlike the last song that is about hope, I believe this song embodies loss and overcoming it. Really emotional from beginning to end. The movie is fantastic too, but really out there.

Gesualdo's music represents one of the most interesting and terrifying composers during the late Italian Renaissance. The museum visitor enters the room to find himself at the conductors stand with digital music notes and an orchestra of 13 speakers in front of him. By browsing the electronic note-pad the visitor freely chooses which work he/she wishes to conduct, and by swinging the conductors stick decides upon the tempo.
