ohhh...Ok, Cushy is white with dark blue eyes and gray ears with a gray smudge on her nose and is an up eared dwarf mix. She weighs 3 1/4 pounds.
Laddie is a brown nether land dwarf, also up eared and weighs in at a massive two pounds six ounces! Both came from bunny shelters.
1 cat, named Muffin.
3 inside cats and 1 outside cat.
What does an outside cat entail? Is the cat specially trained not to kill random animals outside?
No training is needed. I live in a rural area where agriculture is the main business, outside cats are needed. My cat is not a killer but a protector. She is also a pet and very friendly. in the winter she stays in a heated area I have made up for her.
A cat named Clementine, a dog named Sergeant, and a spider named Peter.
Do you have any pets OP?
I do, a female cat without a name >.> We just haven't given her a name but it has been almost a year now. We use a nickname (basically endearing form of cat in Croatian).
Hehe I usually end up calling my cat "Cat" about half the time anyways, her name is mostly just a formality :)
WOW! Chipper lived a long time. Are you planning to get another bird?
A black cat named Joe. He has his own catflap and regularly brings home takeaways. :)
By takeaways do you mean dead mice and birds? >.>
They are normally live on arrival. I rescue the birds if I can; not so much the mice. We have lots of wood mice so I don't mind the cat eating a few. He's half feral so it's only to be expected. I do rescue mice now and then. One memorable occasion found me having a pee when I became aware of something looking at me. There in the corner of the bathroom was a big daddy mouse, keeping nice and still so the cat, who was in the bathroom too, wouldn't notice it. As I stood up I grabbed the mouse in one hand, opened the door, went downstairs and popped the mouse out through the cat flap. When I got back upstairs to wash my hands Joe was still crouched there, waiting. Heh.
The worst time was when he killed the female black cap, a nice little bird that rarely overwinters here. Come the spring I was delighted to see a batch of blackheaded young sparrows. Evidently the male had insinuated himself into the sparrow flock!
I have a boxer-mastiff mix that most people call droopy (because of his sad droopy eyes). His tail is cropped but his ears are not, and he loves to go on hunting/fishing trips, he never complains about the long car rides and hates to stick his head out of the window for some reason :D
A Yorkie poodle mix named Bosley Nigel Brookehamster and a variety of snakes numbering at 7 currently. My cat passed away recently and his name was Yancey Terwilliger. I loved him greatly and he will be missed.
