    Sounds intriguing, however I cant image it would really bring anything new to the table, short of a holocaust style setting where people were given numbers to dehumanize them. As for the benefits of anonymity, people and services have been using this concept for decades.. just look at all the forums, BBSs, IRC, etc that just ask you to pick a random username without giving extra information about yourself. I really dont feel we need anything more, especially a social network that turns you and your identity (internet based or reallife based into a number)
