I can't believe how much energy he has.
You can tell when people love their job.
I meant that it's physically tiring work. The bags of flour are heavy, so is all the dough he was moving, rolling, kneading, and cooking.
I guess it's easier if you love it. (and if you stick with it and build up the necessary muscles)
