Yeah, its pretty damn good. Just finished up the 2nd season and really enjoyed it. As for, where are the damn guards... guys its a SHOW, lets suspend reality just a little bit to make it work, its also a minimum security prison, so obviously its not "supermax". Anyway, great show!
