It's sad knowing how much effort Disney put into Atlantis only for it too fail to live up to expectations. Disney's issue was that they forgot that kids love musicals and parents like taking their families out to such musicals. Disney's Atlantis would have worked as a live action film really, but by making it an animated movie with childish character designs they alienated two potential crowds instantly. Kids won't like it as it's not a Disney musical, it's not base...
