Shocking - Officer Caught on Camera Attacking Man Who Asked for Help
An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer who was named Officer of the Year back in May is under investigation for excessive use of force after surveillance footage surfaced showing him attacking a man who called for police assistance following a suspected burglary.The victim, 60-year-old Maryland businessman Brian Hudkins, was in town last September to attend a home theater trade show he co-founded, and was booked to stay at the local JW Marriot.
