My Foursquare Check-In Saved Me From San Fran's Possibly Fraudulent Parking Ticket Scheme

I recently wrote an open letter to the San Francisco Metropolitan Transit Authority on what I believe to be a “scam” they’ve engaged in by operating with an F-graded BBB collection agency organization that issues collections notices, demanding money for parking citations from people who’ve never actually been to San Francisco.
