Capcom abandons its stock takeover defense plan, now open to buyout
Capcom announced today that is has not renewed the company's takeover defense, a countermeasure instated in 2008 to prevent Capcom from falling under another company's control should a third party buy up a large amount of its stock.

Depressing to see Capcom struggling, these guys used to own the video game market with Megaman, Street Fighter and Resident Evil... I hope someone decent buys them out and continues with the legacy. They don't make em like they used to, thats for sure.
