Top-shelf scheme: Authorities raid 29 bars for selling cheap liquor as premium products
State authorities this morning raided 29 bars and restaurants across New Jersey on suspicion that they have been re-filling empty bottles of their most expensive liquors with cheaper alcohol.

Interesting read, there are countries in Europe however that deal with this bullshit on a daily basis, and not even at restaurants and bars. Stores literally sell you fake top shelf liquor with government labels and all so when you crack the bottle its already FAKE. The corruption in some countries has no end, imagine how bad the governments must be.
Higher end restaurants will not want that kind of news to go out. I'm sure higher end countries in other parts of the world still try to keep a good reputation and serve real unopened booze.
