I know I cant workout without music, it pumps me up and I want to keep pushing..
Depends what kind of music. I can really only to the fast paced stuff like house, electronic, techno, dance etc. No hip-hop, no rock, etc.
Nothin' quite like pumpin' up my biceps to some gangster beats. Dance music helps when I need a surge of energy.
