It rocketed to the top of the app store(s) because of the press its been getting, which is because of the 1 million dollars it got.
Yep, looks like this little app is mostly hype driven. People check it out because of curiosity not because they truly need it.
$1 million for an app that was created in 8 hours... why not just create your own and save the $999,900?
