ABC's news report on the Singapore Smile campaign back in 1998

Singapore's frequently recognised as a highly regulated city-state where the government has periodic campaigns: to urge young educated people to have children, to not litter or vandalise, to stop smoking... and this particular report back in 1998 covers on one of the more unusual campaigns back then, encouraging Singaporeans to, while, smile. Interesting that some of the observations are still applicable to the more modern campaigns in Singapore today!
