It'll probably be a forgotten tale of explorers (pun intended), still hicking up 1 or 0's, while the rest of the world is zooming through space in their personalized crafts at speeds that weren't even considered back when "the three" flourished. To be more graphic: an old zit, dried up, forgotten and scratched open for fun once in a while. That's pretty much what will be left by then.
