A U.S. secret surveillance court has ruled the mass collection of telephone call data by the U.S. government as lawful, despite fears that the practice may fall in breach of Fourth Amendment rights against unwarranted searches.

"...may fall in breach of Fourth Amendment rIghts against unwarranted searches"......."The right of people to be secure in their persons , houses, papers, and effects shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized."..........Folks this is not a case of "may fall in breach", it is a total failure of our governments adherence to that which all law enforcement pledge, ......The Constitution.
The government just completely ignores the foundation it was based on. This is a crime against the people.
