Anyone else getting tired of these headlines EVERY 2 years?
It's not the Olympics, but my home town Glasgow, is hosting the commonwealth games with no end of reckless competence and professionalism. Competence and professionalism in these arenas don't make headlines. Places that do their jobs well (like Glasgow... ahem....) don't make the media because "it's not a story" to the journalists.
I honestly think the world should build an Olympic village somewhere in the world, and just reuse it every 4 years.
