Airlines' new fee services include iPads and more room
Airlines are introducing a new bevy of fees, but this time passengers might actually like them. Unlike the first generation of charges which dinged fliers for once-free services like checking a bag, these new fees promise a taste of the good life, or at least a more civil flight.

The problem I see with the ipad rentals is that they might not get enough business to make it worth while. These days most frequent fliers probably have their own tablet or laptop, and most flights are 3 hours or less so even any smart phone will have enough juice to last. International flights, different story.
