If anyone else is getting the "Something happened, Something happened" error when upgrading to Windows 10, change your region. It worked for me.

Windows 7: Control panel > Region and Language > Administrative (the tab) > Change System Locale > "English (United States)" / Windows 8: Region > Administrative Tab > Change System Locale > "English (United States)"
