"Climate Change" has been the reality since the formation of the planet.
I don't think anybody would say that the climate doesn't change.
You might want to reframe your question to avoid confusion... maybe something like, "Are you convinced by the evidence presented by the global scientific community that human activity, especially the burning of fossil fuels, has a significant and detrimental impact on world wide climate trends?" My answer would be yes.
If you're referring to the change in climate caused by humans, then yes, absolutely.
