I imagine this is going to set up a Supreme Court showdown, with the current 4-4 split, I worry it'll be a 4-4 vote and that means multiple districts will have different laws. I also worry that congress despite showing some backbone yesterday will vote against privacy and block encryption without back doors in the future.
