I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but... The problem with having to "Level" for people who are trying to use Snapzu for their community just to post a banner up is kind of silly. If I want to migrate my community to Snapzu, why should I have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to have it look and be branded the way I'd like.
It doesn't really allow folks to mass-adopt the tool.
Perhaps if there was some sort of "Lobby the admins" thing you could do in a case of a real community to get access to tools for migration, it might allow more people to jump on board Snapzu.
