A perfectly cooked rib eye steak about 1.5 inches thick. I like it medium rare and melting in the mouth!
BBQ? Ribs, pork ribs. I'm from the southern usofa. But if you mean grilling? Carne asada. (btw I steam lobster, learned it from a chef I worked for.)
