I've read Dr. Ludwig's books and they were very insightful.
I don't quite get it and I guess the author of this piece didn't too.
It seems like a modified low-carb diet. Anyone got a clearer picture of this?
Seems like teaser to make you buy his book. Some links to the research papers he consulted would give it some credence for me
