Scott Langley's cliffhanger at the Memorial
In the final round of the 2014 Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance, Scott Langley's 10-foot putt hangs on the edge and finally falls in for birdie on the par-3 16th hole.

was that less than 10 seconds? or is that rule not in effect?
Good question, I counted approx 20 seconds. Anyone know the answer?
This shouldnt count.
Why not? It was still moving, slowly but still moving. There are no rules to how slow the ball can move, as long as its moving.
