We Just Witnessed the First Public Hyperloop Test
The first Hyperloop test was an awesome success. The demonstration was held by Hyperloop One (formerly Hyperloop Technologies), largely considered the frontrunner in the hyperloop field. Hyperloop One executives called the event a "Kitty Hawk" moment, referring to the Wright brothers' first successful airplane flight.

I love the hyperloop idea. We just have to remember that it was a long period of time between Kitty Hawk and safe flight. With that being said I do believe that we should always promote things like this even if they do not come to fruition.
Too bad we gotta wait another 5-10 years to see just the first line open. It will take a long time for this tech to become the norm.
