The Paradise police officer who investigators say accidentally shot a suspected DUI driver in the neck last month will not face criminal charges, Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey announced Thursday. The statement from the DA's office said the carefully reviewed the video. That is a lie. There is not one sane, rational, unbiased person on this planet that could watch that video and come to the conclusion that this attempted murder was an accident.
It's gotta work both ways. Next time someone shoots a cop in the neck (or anywhere), they better have the right to claim accidental misfire. But honestly we all know what would come of that.
What in the actual fuck? What is even the point of having these dash cams?
