When we were kids it seemed our parents would always stop at certain rest areas on our yearly trip to the beach. They'd have helicopters, tanks, regional war memorials, and some of them served as kind of museum like things for local animals or crops. Those memories I keep with me and still today stop at some of them when i travel for that nostalgia trip, assuming I one day have kids, I hope those attractions still remain, even if more and more of them have been shut down.
